We use a variety of materials, including Sterling silver, brass, copper and bronze. Chains are gold plated or palladium plated. We purchase materials that do not contain Nickel. Please feel free to contact us with questions about specific pieces prior to purchasing.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with: perfumes, lotions, hairspray, oil, water, chlorine and chemicals. Promptly wipe your jewelry dry if it comes in contact with water. Store your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnishing. To clean your brass/bronze jewelry there are a variety of options including: Brasso, Empires Instant Tarnish Remover or any commercial jewelry dip that states it will clean brass/copper/bronze. There are also very natural, homemade options, that can be used. Our favourite is a baking soda + lemon juice paste that can safely remove tarnish and polish your jewelry. All Canadian orders come with a tracking number. Allow 3-7 days to make and pack orders, as most styles are made-to-order. If we think your order might take longer, we will communicate with you. You will receive notification once your items have shipped. Every package comes wrapped in a stylish pouch or box, ready to gift. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

With all international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes. Please note, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) and will look into replacing the item after that time has passed.
Refund and Exchange –we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not be responsible for shipping cost and will not refund original shipping cost. Please note that custom orders are final sale.
Each item’s description is as detailed as possible on our website, but if you need more information or have any concerns, please ask before purchasing. We would be happy to customize your piece (length, color of chain, etc).
